Fees:
50 minute session is $130.00
30 minute session is $75.00
I accept cash or checks only and payment is due at the beginning of each session. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, all charges will be the responsibility of the client.
Insurance:
I do not participate in any insurance plans at this time nor am I willing to seek payment as an out-of-network provider. Due to the lack of confidentiality built into the processing of insurance claims, I have intentionally chosen to not participate in this option. I respect the information my clients discuss during sessions and do not believe it should be shared with a 3rd party nor should it become part of a permanent health record.
Confidentiality:
There are only 3 instances where confidentiality, by law, must be breached:
1 - When a client is a danger to his or herself;
2 - When a client has made it clear they intend to harm a third party or
3 - When a client may be endangering the welfare of a child or someone who is elderly.
In these instances, I am mandated to report my concerns to the proper authorities and they will follow-up as necessary.
